AN APPEAL TO THE YOUTH OF CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY
———–> I am young enough to be a son of Governor Moreno and a grandson of Mayor Emano but I am mature enough to lead our city to greater heights. I respect and have high regards for our elders which is also why I am willing to carry the torch to be the next steward of our city while our elders still have the strength to share some wisdom and guidance. I am also willing to relieve them of their burden of leading us for many decades now so that they could finally relax and spend the remaining years of their lives with their respective families and enjoy their grandchildren.
 
I am willing to be the next steward, not a dictator. Leading our city is an inclusive endeavor wherein it is OUR job and not mine alone. Youth, it’s time for us to determine our own future. The power to change your future is right inside of YOU.
