Mindanaoan Congw. Ching Plaza from Butuan is very much qualified for the position of Department of Tourism Secretary.
She was the house committee chairperson for Tourism in the 8th, 9th and 10th congress. Her experience and drive would bring our country’s tourism to new heights.
She is also a Brigadier General of the Philippine Air Force Reserve and a Doctor of Philosophy in Peace and Security Administration, Public Administration, Ecclesiastical Law and Humanities.
