HOTGUNZ-CDO 2012 “Elmer Francisco Cup” is a Level 2 PPSA Sanctioned Competition and another major fundraising project of ElmerFrancisco.org that would benefit its various projects. Mission To raise funds for the projects of ElmerFrancisco.org by hosting a Level 2 Shooting Competition in cooperation with Southern Arms Corporation (SAC) and Northern Mindanao Practical Shooting Association (NMPSA).
