Francisco:      Ang pinakamalaking problema nila is ‘yung pambili. So, dun nang – dun tayo nagbi-bridge. Nagpapa-boundary hulog tayo para hindi sila mahirapang bumili ng bagong dyip.
Bigornia:        Ayon sa’yo, transport groups ang nagkumbinse sa iyong tumakbo sa pagka-senador. Naisip niyo bang mag-party list?
Francisco:      Naisip pero ang problema kapag naman nagpasa ng batas sa ano, sa Kongreso, kailangan ng counterpart sa Senado. Kailangan daw nila ng ano, boses sa Senado na nakakaintindi.
Bigornia:        Sa palagay mo, angkop sa Pilipinas ang Federalism?
Francisco:      Yes.
Bigornia:        Bakit po?
Francisco:      Unang-una, ako sinasabi ko para sa trabaho kasi with Federalism, magkakaroon ng mas malaking budget ang mga LGU para i-develop ang mga ano, infrastructure. Sa gayon, makakagawa tayo ng napakaraming trabaho sa mga probinsiya at hindi lang sa Metro Manila.
Bigornia:        Pabor ka sa Charter Change, Sir?
Francisco:      Yes, constitutional convention.
Bigornia:        Partikular, anong gagawin mo?
Francisco:      Federalism, ‘yan ang pinaka-importante sa lahat.
Bigornia:        Mm hmm. Pabor ka ba na tanggalin ang term limit sa mga halal na opisyal?
Francisco:      Hindi.
Bigornia:        Bakit po?
Francisco:      Dahil napakaraming mga Pilipino na ano, talented tiyaka gustong magsilbi sa bayan so hindi puwedeng ano, parati na lang sila.
Bigornia:        Ang stand mo po sa death penalty?
Francisco:      No.
