Elmer Francisco at the nuclear powered USS George Washington Aircraft Super Carrier with US Ambassador Harry K. Thomas, Jr. and company. The carrier has over 5,000 sailors and 800 of them have Filipino heritage. Out of the 5,000 sailors, around a thousand of them are women which shows that gender is not longer that much an issue in US military.
