POST-ELECTION STATEMENT BY ELMER B. FRANCISCO

Congratulations Mayor Oscar S. Moreno!

I just got off the phone to congratulate our new mayor. Looking forward to the “Hapsay na pang Gobyerno” program and your 8-point agenda.

Be rest assured that our group will not be a hindrance; hence, will be supportive in your programs for the betterment of our city.

I thank my family especially my wife, Michelle, and my son, Dominic, for your all out support for my candidacy and philanthropic projects. I also thank my extended family my mother, siblings, nieces, nephews, cousins, my parents-in-law, my brother-in-law, my friends, my staffs and all of my supporters who were with me through thick and thin.

I also thank all COMELEC, PPCRV, NAMFREL, PNP, AFP, my political opponents and everyone who made this election very clean.

It is indeed time to move forward and there is no time to lose to make our city a better place.
